TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Client understands that upon signing, they are financially responsible for all services contained in this Contract. Services may not be removed from this Contract once signed and deposit has been processed. However, Services may be added to this Contract at any time, provided there is reasonable notice depending on the type of service being added and there is sufficient time to complete the service. Once the services have been added to the total, the Balance Due on this Contract will be adjusted accordingly.

Myah Glam & Co stylists have estimated based on the services contained in this Contract, the time required for the styling of my wedding. In the event that the Client exceeds the estimated time by thirty (30) minutes, the Client agrees, acknowledges and authorizes Myah Glam & Co to charge an additional $15 for every fifteen (15) minutes the Client exceeds the estimated time.

Myah Glam & Co reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to change the stylist(s)and/or number of stylist(s) needed to complete the styling on the event day. Client acknowledges and agrees that the artist/stylist is only obligated to stay at the event while performing services. If the artist/stylist has completed all services before the contract end time, artist/stylist will leave the event.

An 18% gratuity for the artist/stylist is required where services will be performed for 4 or more persons at the event. The Gratuity is due when final payment for services is made. The client acknowledges that while no gratuity is required for parties below the above figure, a gratuity is customary for good service. Gratuity is calculated on total services, not the balance due.

Client shall disclose the existence of any allergies, medications that may affect the application of makeup/hair products, or any other condition of any person receiving services. If Client fails to make such a disclosure, no refunds will be provided for work unable to be performed because of these conditions. Artists/Stylists providing services are not responsible for services not completed or contract overtime fees due to delays caused by the Client.

Client acknowledges and agrees that should s/he or anyone else receiving services be prepared to receive services at the client’s home, hotel or address provided in this contract.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the non-refundable deposits/retainers will not be returned. The Client agrees that in order to cancel, the Client must sign the cancellation form. The cancellation form must be properly completed by Client and received and acknowledged by Myah Glam & Co no later than ninety days (90) days prior the Event Date. Unless Myah Glam & Co acknowledges receipt of the written cancellation form in a timely manner, the Client agrees and authorizes the Myah Glam & Co to charge the Client’s credit/debit card the full amount owed, in the event the Client fails to properly cancel their appointment no later than ninety (90) day prior to the event day. The Client agrees and acknowledges that the non-refundable deposit/retainers are due and owing whether or not services are rendered and is not a penalty but agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Contract and as full settlement of any and all claims by me arising from or in any way connected with this Contract.

​ We reserve the right to refuse services or alter services if unsanitary conditions exist and/or contagious infections are present. Client understands and acknowledges that artists may alter service or NOT perform services where any contagious infections such as pink eye (conjunctivitis) or cold sores/fever blisters or Covid-19 are present and there shall be no refund of any deposit/retainer paid. Client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse of artist/stylist is unacceptable by any person at the event and shall be grounds for the artist/stylist to cease services immediately. Client acknowledges that they will not be entitled to a refund for any work already performed and client may not review artist/stylist vendor poorly on social media or other review sites if this happens. Client also acknowledges that they will allow artist to work in safe conditions for personal safety. If at any time artist/stylist feels physically threatened or verbally abused, artist/stylist may cease the performance of services and exit the building. Once the services are completed on event day, there are no refunds.
​The Client acknowledges and agree that when receiving hair services, hair MUST be dry, smooth and ready to style. A $50 fee will apply for hair that is blow dried by stylist prior to hairstyling service. The Client also recognizes that it is their responsibility to inform anyone receiving the Company’s service of this provision. I agree, acknowledge and authorize Myah Glam & Co to charge a $1 per minute/per stylist late fee if my stylist/s are ready to begin at the confirmed start time and the Client or Event Party are not ready to receive services

In the event of accident, sickness/hospitalization, or any other act of God where Myah Glam & Co stylist/s are unavailable, another stylist/s from Myah Glam & Co will provide the Day of Event services. If they are unavailable, a full refund will be given.
If a dispute arises under this Agreement, the parties agree to first try to resolve the dispute with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Walton County, Florida. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by the parties. If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator in Walton County, Florida. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction to do so. Costs of arbitration, including attorney fees, will be allocated by the arbitrator.
If any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remainder will be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) will be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Agreement as a whole.
This Contract is the entire agreement between Company and Client. Any modification or amendment to this Contract must be done in writing and agreed to by Myah Glam & Co in writing.
